How much are the shipping costs?
The delivery method "standard delivery" and for bulky products "shipping" are offered. The delivery method and the amount of shipping costs depend on the product.

 

With which carrier will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered within and outside Germany by UPS.

 

When will I receive my order?
Once we have received your order, you will receive it within 7 business days, depending on the availability of the product, according to our terms and conditions.

 

How do I check my order or delivery status?
In the shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link that you can use to track your order. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us at shop@ruf-automobile.de.
