We process orders from all over the world.

Due to technical overload of a server, it may happen that problems occur when completing your order. In this case, we would like to ask you to place your order again at a later time.

We make every effort to keep the availability of items in our online shop
up to date at all times. If an item is temporarily not
available, a corresponding message will appear in the online shop with
an order block. This will be removed as soon as the item is
available again.

Product information

In our online store, each product requiring explanation is provided with a
corresponding description. Should you nevertheless require further
information on a product, please contact shop@ruf-automobile.de

Irrors and short-term price changes are reserved. All prices
understand themselves in euro including the legal value added tax, ex
warehouse plus shipping costs and abhägig of the country of delivery. The prices at the time of order apply.

Delivery & Shipping

The delivery method "standard delivery" and, in the case of bulky products, "freight forwarding" are offered. The delivery method and the amount of the shipping costs depend on the product.

Your order will be delivered within and outside Germany by UPS.

Once we have received your order, you will receive it within 7 working days according to our General Terms and Conditions, depending
on the availability of the goods.

In the dispatch confirmation e-mail you will receive a link via
which you can track your order. If you have not received a
shipment confirmation, please contact shop@ruf-automobile.de

Payment

Purchasing in the online shop is possible with PayPal or a credit card
. The most common credit card providers are supported.

Check whether your credit card is still valid. If this is not the
case, please contact your credit card company.

You will find the 3-digit security code (CVC) of your credit card on
the back of the card. If you use an American
Express credit card, you will find the 4-digit security code with the
designation CID on the front of the card.

Return

Of course. We guarantee satisfaction with all
articles that you order via our online shop. If you
have any complaints, we will of course refund the purchase price immediately after receiving the goods. Depending
on your credit institution, it may take a few days for the
credit to reach your account.

An exchange for a different size or colour variant is possible.

After dropping off your return at a parcel shop, it takes approximately two
to seven working days for the parcel to reach our warehouse. After reaching the warehouse, processing can take up to 48 hours.
At peak times, processing can take longer than 48 hours.

The processing of the refund may take up to fourteen days. The amount will be refunded to the payment method you specified.
