Do you also accept orders from abroad?
We process orders from all over the world.
What can I do if I have problems placing my online order?
Due to technical overload on a server, problems may occur when completing your order. In this case, we kindly ask you to place your order again at a later time. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us at shop@ruf-automobile.de.
How do I know if an item is available?
We strive to keep the availability of items in our online shop
up to date at all times. If an item is temporarily unavailable,
a corresponding message will appear in the online shop with
an order block. This will be removed as soon as the item is
available again.

Who can I contact if I have questions about products?
In our online shop, every product that requires explanation is accompanied by a corresponding description. If you would still like further information about a product, please contact shop@ruf-automobile.de.
What prices are assigned in the online shop?
Errors and short-term price changes are reserved. All prices
are in euros including statutory value added tax, ex
warehouse plus shipping costs and depending on the country of delivery. The prices
at the time of ordering apply.
Delivery & Shipping
How much are the shipping costs?
The delivery methods “Standard delivery” and, for bulky products, “Freight forwarding” are offered. The delivery method and the shipping costs depend on the product.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered within and outside Germany by UPS.
When will I receive my order?
Once we have received your order, you will receive it within 7 working days, depending on the availability of the goods, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
How do I check my order or delivery status?
The shipping confirmation email will contain a link that you can use to track your order. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact shop@ruf-automobile.de.
Payment
What payment methods can I use to shop in the online store?
Purchases in the online shop can be made using PayPal or a credit card.
All major credit card providers are supported.
My credit card security code (CVC) is not accepted. What can I do?
Check whether your credit card is still valid. If this is not the case, please contact your credit card company.
Where can I find the security code (CVC) for my credit card?
The 3-digit security code (CVC) for your credit card can be found on
the back of the card. If you are using an American Express credit card ,
you will find the 4-digit security code labeled
CID on the front of the card.
Returns
Can I exchange or return items I have ordered?
Of course. We guarantee your satisfaction with all
items ordered through our online shop. Should you
nevertheless have any complaints, we will
of course refund the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the goods. Depending
on your bank, it may take a few days for the
credit to appear in your account.
Exchanges for a different size or color are possible.
How long does it take to process my return?
After dropping off your return at a parcel shop, it takes approximately two to
seven business days for the package to reach our warehouse. Once it arrives at the
warehouse, processing can take up to 48 hours.
During peak times, processing may take longer than 48 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Processing the refund may take up to fourteen days. The
amount will be refunded to the payment method you specified.
