The delivery methods “Standard Delivery” and, for bulky products, “Freight Forwarding” are offered. The delivery method and the amount of shipping costs depend on the product.

Your order will be delivered within and outside Germany by UPS.

Once we have received your order, you will receive it within 7 working days, depending on the availability of the goods, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

The shipping confirmation email will contain a link that you can use to track your order. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact shop@ruf-automobile.de.
